Why fixed price, fixed time?

Humans hate surprises and we know this. By offering a fixed price, fixed time option you know exactly what you are getting, how long it will take and how much it is going to cost you. It forces us both to work smarter, not harder.

Unlike many advisory firms, our motivation is to work with a diverse range of clients, as it gives us a greater breadth of experience, challenging us and making a better product for all our clients. We do not believe in the land-and-expand approach that many firms employ

What about T&E?

We charge for T&E whilst on assignment. We are geographically mobile, based in Europe and sometimes in the US. We will advise on the cost of T&E depending on your location.

Are your costs negotiable?

You can always try us, if your situation is unique or interesting to us, we might be flexible.

What is the biggest challenge to a successful outcome?

If we are honest, diary time. Mobilising people and finding space in their diaries takes much longer than you realise. We try and get this in place before we step through your door.

Will you run our implementation for us?

We don’t personally, but we have a specialist team who can.
Assuming that you are happy with our recommendations. We oversee the team, taking accountability for what they deliver and work with you to ensure that your transformation is successful.

What do you need from me?

Be open-minded, and recognise that we are here for your success, and not your comfort. We want you and your transformation to be successful. We will bring honesty, transparency and give you a sense of control.

Can you train my team to do what you do?

With pleasure. We have many formats. From a ‘live’ exercise, where we extend our advisory time by 5 days to allow for the classroom training, coaching and mentoring for success. Or think about our very popular 1:1 coaching to create depth, or workshops for speed.

Do you offer public training?

We do, through our consumer arm, The Change Wizard. The same content, but available to individuals rather than corporates.

I don’t want my team to know I am checking up on them

We can offer the Smart assessment as a desktop exercise, using written materials and a conversation with you. The results will be indicative, based on what we have access to, but should give you a good sense of whether there is an issue or not.
